These terms govern your use of LangBlitz. Please read them carefully before using the service.
These Terms of Service govern your use of LangBlitz and related services, operated by EmbraceExponentials Inc., registered in Québec, Canada under the operating name "L'Atelier exponentiel". By accessing or using LangBlitz you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
LangBlitz is an educational tool. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain hallucinations and errors. LangBlitz does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice, and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Users assume full responsibility for how they apply AI-generated content.
You may not reverse-engineer the service, scrape lessons or datasets, automate extraction of content, benchmark AI systems without authorisation, interfere with service infrastructure, bypass subscription or payment systems, upload illegal or infringing content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
LangBlitz and its content — including lessons, educational systems, software, branding, designs, and AI workflows — are owned by EmbraceExponentials Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial language learning. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit LangBlitz content without express written permission.
LangBlitz uses AI systems provided by third parties including OpenAI and Anthropic. Outputs are probabilistic and may vary or contain errors. AI outputs are not guaranteed accurate and are not a substitute for professional judgment. Any content you submit during AI sessions may be used to improve the service in anonymised, aggregated form; you retain ownership of your content.
LangBlitz offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate confirmed at purchase. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not guarantee permanent access to any paid tier and reserve the right to modify subscription offerings with reasonable notice.
LangBlitz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data preservation, compatibility with all devices, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LangBlitz is provided without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content, language learning outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmbraceExponentials Inc. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Québec.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of LangBlitz after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
